Loan Programs

3% interest loans for heat pumps, storm windows & doors and insulation

Approved  RCEC consumers are able to borrow up to $15,000 at 3% interest under our "ERC" Loan program.  This program encourages consumers to install:

                  Electric or dual fuel heat pumps with a SEER of 14 or greater
                  Geothermal heat pumps with a SEER of 14 or greater
                  Energy Star Energy Efficient Storm windows and doors

to make their homes energy efficient.

Low Energy Prescion Application (LEPA) & Irrigation Efficiencies

Approved RCEC consumers are also able to borrow up to $30,000 at 5% interest for a new LEPA sprinkler application or $10,000 at 5% interest for each conversion to LEPA (with a limit of 3 conversions). 

This program encourages consumers to follow the latest techniques and applications in irrigation practices.

Roosevelt Soil & Water Conservation District (RSWCD) now offers 5% interest loans for the installation of LEPA systems as well as equipping irrigation wells and meter installations for the conservation of water in the district.  Applications available at RCEC.
