MONTHLY RATE:     Customer charge for all customers: $15.00 per month

To qualify for the all electric rate, the consumer must use an electric water heater as primary water heating source and electric space heating.  The following rates will then apply:

For customers qualifying for electric water heater rate:

1^st 800 KWH per month $.071192 per KWH*
Next 400 KWH per month $.066192 per KWH*
Additional KWH per month $.071192 per KWH*

Electric Heating Rate

For customers qualifying for electric space heating rate:
November - April:
1^st 800 KWH per month $.071192 per KWH*
Additional KWH per month $.066192 per KWH*
