COMMERCIAL SERVICE
MONTHLY RATE:   Customer Charge - All Customers $20.00 per month
Energy Charge:
For customers not qualifying for heating rate:

(A) First 500 KWH/month $.082830 per KWH*
      Additional KWH $.077830 per KWH*
(B) For customers qualifying for heating rate:
      May - October:

      First 500 KWH/month $.082830 per KWH*
     All additional KWH/month $.077830 per KWH*
     November - April:

      First 500 KWH/month $.082830 per KWH*
     All additional KWH/month $.072830 per KWH*

*Fuel & Purchased Power Cost Adjustment:
Billings under this schedule shall be increased or decreased by any amount that the purchased power cost for the previous month differs from $.057816/KWH sold, in accordance with NMPRC Rule No. 550.

 
SURCHARGE:   
Billing under this schedule shall have a surcharge of 1% in order to procure renewable energy, invest in renewable energy projects or promote energy conservation and load management.
