		Summer Months - (April through October) First 115 KWH/month/HP @ $.105126/KWH* Over 115 KWH/month/HP @ $.073701/KWH* Winter Months - (November through March) All KWH - $.083135/KWH*
*MINIMUM CHARGES:*
	The annual minimum charge under this schedule shall be $20.00 /HP/Year, but not less than $200 per year. The consumer shall receive credit against the annual minimum charge at the rate of $.083135/KWH* used during the months of January and December. Any remaining balance of the annual minimum as specified above and the credit as computed herein shall be due to the utility at the end of each calendar year. The annual minimum charge specified herein shall not be less than established in accordance with the Cooperative’s line extension policy. *Fuel & Purchased Power Cost Adjustment: Billings under this schedule shall be increased or decreased by any amount that the purchased power cost for the previous month differs from $.057816/KWH sold, in accordance with NMPRC Rule No. 550.
SURCHARGE: Billing under this schedule shall have a surcharge of 1% in order to procure renewable energy, invest in renewable energy projects or promote energy conservation and load management.
