Applicability:
Available to all non-commercial type consumers single or three phase, who are not on demand instrumentation.

Territory:
All residential service in Roosevelt County, extending in portions of Curry, Lea, Chaves, and De Baca counties.

Character of Service:
Alternating current, 60 hertz, at available secondary voltages.

Monthly Rate:
Customer Charge:    All customers at $15.00 per month

Energy Charge:
For customers not qualifying for home heating rate or electric water heating rate:
All KWH usage per month at $.071192 per KWH*

For customers qualifying for electric water heating rate:
1st 800  KWH per month at $.071192 per KWH*
Next 400 KWH per month at $.066192 per KWH*
Additional KWH per month at $.071192 per KWH*

For customers qualifying for home heating rate:
May - October:   All KWH usage at $.071192 per KWH*
November - April:  1st 800 KWH per month at $.071192 per KWH*
 Additional KWH per month at $.066192 per KWH*

Tax Adjustment:
Billings under this schedule may be increased by an amount equal to the sum of taxes payable under the Gross Receipts and Compensating Tax Act and of all other taxes, fees, or charges (exclusive of ad valorem, state, and federal income taxes) payable by the utility and levied or assessed by any government authority on the public utility service rendered, or on the right or privilege of rendering the service, or any other object or event incidental to the rendition of the service.

Idle Service Rate:
Consumers classified under this rate schedule may retain existing electric facilities (disconnected) on their premises by paying 60% of the established monthly minimum bill each month thereafter.

Minimum Charges:
For consumers requiring more than ten (10) KVA of transformer capacity $15.00/month, plus $2.00 KVA/month for each KVA, or fraction of a KVA, above ten (10) KVA/month, plus adjustments contained herein and taxes.

Terms and Conditions:
The cooperative's filed rules apply to service under this schedule.

Terms of Payment:
All bills under this rate are due and payable when rendered, and become delinquent twenty (20) calendar days after the billing date.

*Fuel & Purchased Power Cost Adjustment:
Billings under this schedule shall be increased or decreased by any amount that the purchased power cost for the previous month differs from $.057816/KWH sold, in accordance with NMPRC Rule No. 550.

Surcharge:
Billing under this schedule shall have a surcharge of 1% in order to procure renewable energy, invest in renewable energy projects or promote energy conservation and load management.
