Youth Tour Program		 With over 2,757 miles of energized lines in east central New Mexico, RCEC serves 6,137 connected services comprised of  2,757 residential, 889 pressure pumps,  1,377 irrigation, 546 commercial and 605 oil well services.  Communities served by RCEC include Dora, Elida, Floyd, Arch, Rogers, Milnesand, Causey and Portales.
